Exported overseas since the 1970s, this blue label is the most well-known image of Pagoda Shaoxing Rice Wine range. Sweet, elegant, subtle thus persistent aroma.


A drinking wine, of course, can also be used in cooking or marinating, add depth into your dishes with a refreshing Savory fragrance. A secret key ingredient many high-profile chefs kept to themselves.


HuaTiao Wine also called “nu’er hong”. In Chinese, “Nu’er” means daughter, and “hong” means red. It is made of glutinous rice and wheat. This wine evolved from the Shaoxing tradition of burying it underground when a daughter was born and digging it up for the wedding banquet when the daughter was going to be married. Alcohol content is 16% by volume.
